Mesh-belt continuous aluminum brazing furnace

Main use：

Aluminum brazing furnace is designed for the continuous brazing of the following products controlled under nitrogen atmosphere such as aluminum water radiator, oil cooler, intercooler, serpentine type condenser, evaporator, parallel flow condenser, laminated type evaporator, air cooler of power station and etc.

Features：

• High performance refractory material adopted ensure the superior insulation feature of the furnace with low energy consumption while empty load. The excellent designing and manufacturing of the gas distribution system and atmosphere curtain of the furnace ensure the low consumption of purified Nitrogen and save the furnace atmosphere so as to decrease the production cost.
• Fine and reasonable arrangement of heating zones of heating furnace, the selection of the hardware of high precision and advanced temperature control meters and the regulation of software data ensure the very high precision of temperature controlled of the furnace (±0.2℃) and temperature difference (≤±3℃) of the products in brazing section (575℃~610℃) .
• Advanced frequency conversion mesh-belt speed control system realizes stepless speed change transmission and precise control runtime of workpieces in each heating zone so as to realize the precise heating curve of aluminum brazing.
• High precision oxygen analyzer has provided an advanced means for measuring the atmosphere of the aluminum brazing furnace timely and accurately.
• The spray fluxer has the features of compact in design and straightforward operation. The spray nozzle insures adequate spray on the workpieces. Air blower insures the extra flux can be blew off.
• High speed circulating air and high heating ability of dry-off oven ensure the parts going to the furnace will not bring any moisture which will affect the brazing quality.
• Water Cooling section realizes the cooling temperature could be controlled and satisfy the requirement of process curve so as to make the metallurgical structure of the joints fine and compact.
• The blower in air cooling chamber has the features of strong cooling capacity and low noise, the clean and comfortable working environment of the operators is protected.
• Sophisticated controlling system, overall warning and protective system insure the safety of both the furnace and operators.

Up to March 2009, the production lines of atmosphere controlled aluminum brazing furnace made by Aojie in operation have reached over dozens. The production lines spread all over the country and have earned great reputation.

Application in automobile radiator and automobile air conditioning industries：The aluminum brazing furnaces made by Aojie have been chosen by many famous enterprises such as Gui Zhou Yonghong, Yuxin Automobile, Jiang Su Chaoli, Chong Qing Chaoli, Ji Lin Xinfeng, BYD and Huizhou Xinfeng etc.

This is the overall view of aluminum brazing furnace production line designed and made by Aojie for Gui Zhou Yong Hong, one of the most famous automobile accessories manufactures in China, and pictures of brazed workpieces. The NOCOLOK brazing furnace production line was put in use in June, 2005. The width of mesh belt is 1000mm, the length of heating muffle is 10m, it includes spray fluxer---dry-off oven ---braze furnace. The total length of production line is 35m, the total power is 570kw.

This is the aluminum furnace supplied to Jiang Su Chaoli. This production line insures the advanced radiators production so as to supply the fist class thermal dissipation systems for automobile industries all over the world. The radiators have been mainly chosen by many domestic automobile manufactures such as Hai Nan Mazda, Shen Yang Huachen Group, Suzuki, Shanghai Delphi, Shanghai Yuxin and Nanjing Iveco etc. The radiators have been also exported to America and Japan with large quantity.

The NOCOLOK brazing furnace production line was put in use in Sep, 2006. The width of mesh belt is 1000mm; the length of heating muffle is 17.4m (whole muffle). It includes spray fluxer---dry-off oven --- braze furnace. The total length of production line is 42m, the total power is 850kw.

Application in Air Cooler Industry： Aojie Made” furnace filled the blank of Aluminum Brazing Production Lines in field of domestic air cooler of power station.

Jiang Su Shuangliang company is one of the biggest manufactures of air cooler in petrochemical industry. This aluminum brazing furnace is designed and made for Jiang Su Shuangliang in 2006 to produce single row air coolers broke the domestic air cooling industrial monopoly by foreign-funded enterprises. The total length of this production line is 72m, the capacity is 8-12 sticks/hour(single-row pipe of 10m length).

This is the overall view of NOCOLOK brazing furnace production line of single row air coolers designed and made by Aojie for the famous manufacturer, Inner Mongolia Jin Gang. The NOCOLOK brazing furnace production line was put in use in March, 2008. The total length of production line is 82m,. Production capacity of production line is 20 sticks/hour(single-row pipe of 10m length) , and 300000 sets per year for one shift.

The production line was used for brazing of aluminum condenser and evaporator of refrigerator, refrigerating cabinet, air conditioner and put in use in March, 2009. It includes degreasing oven---spray fluxer—dry- off oven---braze furnace. The width of mesh belt is 1300mm, the total length of production line is 56.5m, and the total power is 760kw.
